I've been a Dentist for over 50 years. In that time I have come in contact with hundreds of dental hygientists. In all my years of practice I have never encountered a hygienist with as much skill, dedication to her patients, devotion to a job well done or appetite for learning the latest skill set than Kammi Phillips.
What makes Kammi so extraordinary and the key driver to her success as a dental hygienist is that she has a grand passion for it. She has the ambition and tenacity to learn the latest products and skill sets and to achieve the expertise in them to be able to create and deliver a hygiene program that is state of the art, healing to the patients and maximally profitable. Adding modalities like Florida Probe, Dental Rat, Arestin, laser technology, etc. not only enhances the optics of the practice and allows you to bring greater healing capability to the practitioners, but introduces additional new profit opportunities.
You can be good at a particular skill but not necessarily be able to teach that skill. They are not mutually inclusive. Kammi is that rare double threat. She can perform and teach with equal proficiency. She has a remarkable acceptance rate for treatment, not because she's intent on increasing production (although that is achieved), but because her desire to deliver optimal oral health to the patient is so apparent and genuine. When patients leave with such a clean and healthy mouth not only are they inclined to get into a regular hygiene program but they are more likely to spread the word about the excellent care. This of course translates into organic word of mouth practice-building which beats any other kind of marketing.
Kammi has a great sense of humor. I frequently hear laughter emanating from her room. There is nothing like humor to develop a sense of comraderie and trust. It's trust that translates into patient confidence and willingness to accept recommended treatment.
She is highly skilled in systematizing work flow. This capability is the foundation for her consulting expertise. She is endowed with a great knowledge base in the field as well as an intuitive sense that allows her to shine the light on and strengthen the weaknesses of a dental hygiene program and elevate it to peak efficiency and heightened profitability.
In conclusion I would like to highlight her inspiring work ethic. She's the first to arrive and the last to leave. She's always pitching in to help others. She's a team player, non-judgmental, compassionate, empathetic, positively focused and kindhearted. She is unfailingly true to her word. In the time that I have known her and discovered what a great worker she is I can also say that she has become a friend as well. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

It is an honor and a privilege to offer a personal recommendation for Kammi Phillips for your consideration as a TOPS consultant. My direct experience with ToPS Immersion and consulting along with my 25 year history of knowing Kammi as a hygienist, entrepreneur and friend gives me a unique perspective in recognizing with confidence that Kammi's core values, character and experience converge with those values that TOPS cultivates in its organization and mission of creating life changing experiences for dental teams that far exceed expectations.
Kammi has three specific attributes that qualify her to excel as a top notch consultant: her extensive experience as a hygienist, her intuitive ability to develop trust and rappprt with people, her skill at assessing and creating a vision when presented with a complicated situation.
As a result of having strategically positioned herself in the niche market of providing short term hygiene solutions to dental practices, Kammi has the valuable perspective gained from working in the trenches in over 100 dental practices. As her experience and confidence have grown, her entrepreneurial and analytical skills have resulted in consistent success in improving practice operations. This success has inspired Kammi to focus on advancing her career into consulting.

Whenever a full time employee pulls you aside to announce a pregnancy a "countdown" begins. Congratulations are given and the office is filled with that wonderful feeling of expectation and joy. And then the questions begin. How will we provide dental hygiene care to all those patients in a way that they have become accustomed to? Will we be able to cover all those coveted 7 am appointments? Will the temporary hygienist be capable of using our practice management and digital software? Fortunately, we were able to find Kammi Phillips.
During our interview she reassured us that she was an experienced temporary hygienist having worked in many different offices under the very circumstances we found ourselves. She was right! Kammi worked a few days prior to the start of covering for the maternity leave to get an idea of the flow of the hygiene schedule. She quickly mastered both our practice management and digital software.
Kammi has an approach to patient care which was well received by both patients and staff. She showed up early each day for work and stayed late if needed. The three months have gone by quickly. In short, she integrated well with our practice and was the answer to all those questions that came up the day the "countdown" began.
I highly recommend Kammi Phillips, RDH for any temporary or permanent dental hygiene position and I hope that I can call on her in the future should the need arise. Anyone should feel free to contact me for additional information on our experience with this excellent dental hygienist.

As Office Manager at Center for Dental Excellence, I am happy to recommend Kammi Philips, RDH. Kammi has been diligently working as a temporary hygienist in our office for the last 3 weeks since our hygienist was injured. Our experience with Kamrni has been quite positive. We have received numerous compliments from patients on her professionalism and her ability to make everyone feel comfortable and at ease during their appointments.
In addition to being proficient in all expected duties, Kammi arrives on time for work and has no problem staying late on days when there is a heavy patient load. As long as Kammi remains available for temping, we will certainly call her for future needs.
